The original site, just 15 kilometres from central Paris, allows products to bear the label ‘Produit en Ile de France / Made in the Paris Region.

Guyaux combines traditional recipes and artisanal manufacturing processes, giving each product its own unique dimension.
Authenticity also involves the painstaking selection of raw materials: 100% pure cocoa butter coatings, Isigny caramel (PDO) with Guérande fleur de sel (PGI) sea salt, and no preservatives or colouring.
